All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal. Prices and services are subject to change at any time.
4. User Conduct
Clients agree to treat all representatives with respect. Harassment, threats, abusive language, discrimination, sexual misconduct, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
5. Service Availability
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion if we believe a client’s behavior is unsafe, inappropriate, or violates these terms.
6. No Emergency Services
Hello Companions is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or danger to yourself or others, please call 911 or contact appropriate emergency services immediately.
7. Limitation of Service
Services are provided for companionship and conversation only and should not replace professional care or emergency support.
8. Updates
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments are generally non-refundable once a service has been delivered or a call has been completed. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.Refunds, if granted, are issued at the sole discretion of Hello Companions.
